Christine has always loved baking. From watching her mom whip up birthday cakes when she was a kid to mixing batter with her own daughter decades later, baking has always been at the heart of Christine’s life. She baked for comfort, for friends, and for fun while pursuing a career in fashion.

Every time she watched people taste, enjoy, and savor her creations, she yearned to do it again, and again, and again. There’s nothing she loved more than a pair of licked lips and a stack of crumbless plates.

In 2012, inspired by her daughter, Christine decided to take a risk, leave the fashion industry, and go after her dream: to open a boutique bakery that stuns.

She applied to pastry school with heart beating wildly, and daughter and hubby applauding proudly. She graduated with Honors from the Northwest Culinary Academy of Vancouver and opened Sweet Petite Baking Co. where you can find her creating culinary experiences with sweet confections and a dollop of love.
